First short-story is okay because of Tom Waits acting and the payoff.
Second short-story is boring.
Third short-story is boring but has nice shots.
Overall I found it bad. There is nothing this movie achieves (character development) that richer movies (with a plot) aren't also able to achieve. There might be a demonstration of how much character you can implicitly build with very little anything-else, but that's not a trick sufficiently impressive to me.
